Snow on the desert floor is beautiful. Snow provides a slow-release source of moisture that trickles into the soil as it melts. Desert snow brings good spring blooms.
~Monsoons are amazing~
Monsoons bring an amazing amount of rain, so beneficial for the desert, but we are also treated to beautiful lightening storms like the one pictured here.
~It's a dry heat~
Let's face it...it's hot. Even though it's a dry heat, it still can be dangerous, so stay hydrated and use sunscreen.
